Tesla Increases Model S And X Prices

Model S and X Long Range prices are up by $5,000.
Tesla has increased prices for the facelifted Model S and X, however it is only the Long Range variants of each that have been effected.
The Model S LR now starts at $84,990 (or $86,190 after delivery). Meanwhile the Long Range Model X now comes in at $94,990 ($96,190 after delivery). This means both received significant $5,000 price increases.
The Model S LR is expected to arrive by around September/ October in the US, however extensive delays are anticipated in other markets. For example, in some European nations the new Model S will not be available until the second half of 2022. The Model X meanwhile should go on sale in the US early next year, or perhaps even later this year for Plaid variants ordered months ago.
What are your thoughts on the ‘new’ S and X? How do you feel they stack up against the emerging competition? Let us know down below.
