The US-spec EV6 First Edition has been revealed, and it’s already sold out.

Kia has unveiled the US-spec First Edition EV6. Set to go on sale later this year, the First Edition EV6 comes with a host of equipment as standard.

The First Edition package will give buyers a choice of 3 exclusive colors and numbered badging to highlight its limited production. An augmented reality head-up display, remote smart parking assist, sunroof, 20-inch wheels, premium 14-speaker Meridian audio system, dual-motor AWD power delivery and the more powerful 77.4 kWh battery will be included for $58,500 USD. The First Edition will not have any performance upgrades over the slightly less expensive EV6 AWD (77.4kWh).

Kia offered customers a chance to reserve an EV6 First Edition on their website last week for $100, fully refundable. However, the model was fully reserved one day later.

  1. I got one of the reservations! Can’t wait to test drive it alongside the ID.4 and ioniq5. This will be our first EV, but most important for me is that it will comfortably fit our rear-facing car seat without making the front driver or passenger uncomfortable. I hate that these early specs don’t ever talk about the dimensions in the back row.
