Kia Announces Pricing for EV6 Crossover

The EV6 will enter production in the middle of this year.
Kia has revealed UK pricing for their upcoming EV6 crossover, ahead of its full launch later this year. They have also revealed detailed specs of each model, from the base RWD EV6 with 226bhp to the 577bhp AWD EV6 GT that’s capable of 0-62 mph in a staggering 3.5 seconds.
Pricing for the EV6 will start at £40,895 ($56,806) for the entry-level version. The base EV6 still comes with a large 77kWh battery pack, and is capable of an impressive 316 miles per charge according to Kia.
Moving up is the GT-Line, available in both RWD and AWD guise, which starts at £43,895 ($60,973). More equipment and sharper looks come with this pack, but if you want even sportier styling you can opt for the GT-Line S for £48,395 ($67,224).
Finally, the only version of the EV6 that’s UK pricing is yet to be revealed is the top-of-the-line 577bhp GT. Expect an announcement closer to production. We would speculate it will likely be in line with Mach-E GT and Tesla Model Y Performance pricing. As for the US market, EV6 pricing is still unknown. However it is expected to be less than the UK due to a lack of taxation on new cars in the US. After all, the American market is widely regarded as the best place in the world to buy a new car. We would estimate a base point of around $45,000 is likely stateside.
